How do I advertise my holiday or property on your website?
To upload your details you will need to register online as an advertiser "private" or "company". The registration form is very straight forward
and only takes a matter of minutes to complete, however if you do not have time to do this please contact us and we will do this for you.
I am Registered what next?
Registered users can login to their Costa Rica Property Inc advertisers menu then browse and purchase the advertising package (s) they require, payment
can be made via Cheque, BACS and we also accept online payments via Credit Card\Bank Card or Pay Pal.
I have bought an advertising package, what details can I upload?
Holiday or property description along with any important attributes such as pets allowed, price of sale, number of bedrooms, self-catering etc.
Up to 10 Pictures of your property or holiday.
Google Map and Google Satellite Location.
Availability and Pricing guidelines.
NB: When your property has been uploaded our virtual weather applet will automatically scan your advert and assign a 7 day weather forecast of
your holiday or property location, this will then be displayed on your advert.
If you would prefer one of our account managers to upload your details for you please contact us. We do not charge for this service and hope it
demonstrates the commitment we have to our customers and the level of customer service you receive when entering in to an advertising agreement
with the Property Inc Group.
How will people contact me?
Interested Property or Holiday seekers will contact you on email or telephone, this depends on what contact details you have on your advert.
What servces do I receive as a registered advertiser?
Holiday or Property Adverts with Attachments: Upload your properties or holidays and attach up to 10 supporting images.
Google Maps:Upload Google Map or Google Satellite location of your holiday or property.
Weather Forecast: A virtual application that will display a 7 day forecast of the weather at your holiday or property location.
Holiday or Property Email Alerts: Your property adverts are mailed directly to new and existing property and holiday seekers that match
your property criteria.
Holiday or Property RSS Alerts: Your property adverts are automatically uploaded to our live RSS feed.
Holiday and Property Management: Easy to use service that allows you to monitor and edit your holidays or properties being advertised.
Response Management: Monitor your property applications and email applications.
Online Payments: We also accept online payments via PayPal or Bank\Credit\Debit Card.
