Beautiful Mountain Home with Incredible Views

The home is built in a small gated community which is designed to provide a haven for nine families or singles, each on about three acres of wooded, fertile land.

This was a coffee farm and there is much coffee still to be seen but it is no longer harvested as a crop. There are many water gardens, streams and waterfalls on the land and most of all there is total peace, no pollution, just clean fresh air.

There are many water gardens, streams and waterfalls on the land and most of all there is total peace, no pollution.

This home is built for leisure and ease.

The pool is fed by a waterfall from the heated Jacuzzi (big enough for six people) and all the time you will gaze at the beauty and grandeur of the Turrialba mountains. On the property we have vegetable gardens and fruit trees. No electric cables interfere with your view here. It's all a natural wonderland.

The kitchen is a chef's delight. Full-size side by side GE refrigerator/freezer and a Top of the line GE dishwasher. Top quality Italian made Convection Oven and cook top on the center island and so much granite counter space you will wonder what to do with it all. The kitchen includes not only a garbage disposal but also a third sink because two are never enough.

Two of the bedrooms have Jacuzzi tubs. The third bedroom is presently equipped as an office but easily convertible. We have a third bathroom for guests and an extra large laundry. In addition there is a strong room for all your tools with a built in wall safe and the garage sports a nice size space for working.

While many feel the mountain breezes are enough to keep one cool we have included individual air conditioners in each major room ( cheaper to run than central air).The bathrooms are well appointed and designed with Belagio designer model sinks and rich wood covered by granite counter tops.

The property is near a friendly village with a small supermarket (ten minutes) and thirty minutes from Turrialba which has a very good large supermarket managed by WalMart. We are ninety minutes from the outskirts of San Jose and sixty minutes from the Caribbean Beaches
