Simply the finest hotel property available in Samara and Carrillo. This 12 room boutique three year old hotel is located at the quite, far south end of Samara Beach. All rooms are the same size and are either furnished with 1 king bed or 2 queen beds. All also have wifi, a/c, mini bar, iron and ironing board, coffee machine, hair dryer, top class mattresses, pillows and linens, walk-in showers with instant gas hot water heaters. Your quests will enjoy the privacy of anyone of rooms as there are no adjoining walls and the balcony or patio area's are not looked over by neighboring guests. 2 of the rooms are wheelchair accessible. One of the bonus features of this hotel is that it is the only hotel in the area to have a fully air conditioned dining room - which seats 40 quests, and just step's away from the bar, pool, pool/dining room restrooms and the fully equipped commercial kitchen. The reception is welcoming, air-conditioned and has a disabled access and comfy seating area. Behind the reception area is a managers office, a large laundry room and a back entrance to one of the 2 bodgeas. This storage room houses the underground water tank, 2 water pumps and the back up generator. This hotel also recycles water through a 5 step water treatment process which is used for the gardens irrigation system. All licenses and permits are in order. The owners quarters are as luxurious as the hotel, this three bedroom and three bathroom, open plan kitchen/lounge and dining room apartment is above the reception and dining area and the largest balcony of the 2 overlooks the pool. Two rooms have on-suites and the other bathroom has a bath tub and is at the moment also used as a laundry room.
